Dear Prospective Member:

Thank you for your interest in joining our organization. The Midland Empire Home Builders Association consists of two membership classifications: builder/developer member and associate/subcontractor member. Both are important to the success of our association and the housing industry.

Following are definitions of the membership classifications:

BUILDER/DEVELOPER MEMBER
Builder member shall be any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or limited liability company who is or has been engaged or employed in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community; or who has been engaged or employed in the business of land development.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE -- $375

ASSOCIATE/SUBCONTRACTOR MEMBER
Associate member shall be any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or limited liability company who is or has been engaged or employed in a trade, industry, or profession related to and consistent with the building industry and objectives of this Association.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE -- $375
