HABITAT FOR HUMANITY WORK DAY

We attempted a work day on Friday, October 17, to help with the Habitat for Humanity’s new home project located at 2020 Charles. The weather, however, didn’t cooperate so we were only able to work a few hours that morning. Although it cleared up, it was way too muddy to continue. We did get a couple walls up before we got rained out! Thanks to Clark & Thomas Construction for sending their frame crew, Chad Fulton, Steve Hecker, Sheila Higdon, and Christy McVey for helping that morning.

Please remember, you need to register for meetings by either e-mailing or calling me. Payments will be due at the meeting and only cash or check will be accepted as payment. Attendance at our meetings is important, so please plan to attend regularly. Also, make sure you have updated the mailing address and payment information to: Midland Empire HBA, PO Box 8278, St. Joseph, MO 64508.
