Please remember, you need to register for meetings by either e-mailing or calling me. Payments will be due at the meeting and only cash or check will be accepted as payment. Attendance at our meetings is important, so please plan to attend regularly. CLAY SHOOT

Thanks to Jim & Joann Pederson for hosting the Clay Shoot in September! Also, thank you to OE Woods Lumber for providing the food and Jim Hoover for cooking it! Everyone enjoyed a beautiful evening at Pederson’s farm. There are several pictures from the clay shoot on our website, so be sure to check them out!

GOLF TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS

We had 11 teams participate in our golf tournament October 9 at Fairview Golf Course.

First Place Team Championship Flight – Sherwin-Williams #2 Team with Dave Fisher, Jared Nuckolls, Aaron Lisenbee and Landon Hochenauer.

First Place Team “A” Flight – Fulton Construction Team with Chad Fulton, Jason Young, Kent Shipley and Adam Shipley.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

We will be holding the election for 2010 Board of Directors at our November General Membership Meeting. Board members need to attend a monthly lunch meeting to discuss HBA business – usually held on the 1st Thursday of the month. Also need to attend monthly general membership meetings – usually held on the 4th Tuesday evening of the month. Are there any members who would like to be on the board? If so, contact Belinda by Friday, October, 30.

INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS’ SHOW

The 2010 International Builders’ Show is scheduled for January 19-22 in Las Vegas. For the first time, all NAHB members can receive a complimentary 4-day exhibit registration which gives you full access to the exhibit for absolutely no charge. However, you must register by December 11, 2009 to receive the free exhibit pass. For more information go to www.buildersshow.com
