GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Midland Empire HBA Fall Golf Tournament is set for Friday, October 9, at Fairview Golf Course in St. Joseph. Cost is $65 per player entry fee which includes green fees, cart and lunch. Lunch will be served at 11:30. Shot gun start at 12:30 p.m. Deadline for entry is Friday, October 2. Details and entry form are included with this newsletter.
NAHB EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Audio Seminar – “Beyond the Best-Case Scenario: Positioning Your Company to Take Advantage of the Downturn.” This audio seminar will be held Thursday, September 17 starting at 1:00 pm. Cost is $39 for HBA members. Register at www.nahb.org

INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS SHOW
For a limited time NAHB Members can receive a complimentary 4-day exhibit registration, giving you access to the hottest exhibit floor in the building industry for absolutely no charge. You must register by December 11, 2009 for your free pass. To make this even better, your spouse can attend with you for FREE!
**After December 11, there will be a $75 charge that will then jump to the onsite price of $125 after January 18. Non-Member 4-day exhibit registration is $25 through December 11, 2009, then $125 through January 18 and $200 after January 18.
Also new this year, attendees can purchase 1 or 2 day Education Passes. The pass includes admittance to the exhibit floor all four days and the attendee must specify which days of education they wish to purchase.
One day passes are $100 for NAHB members and $150 for non-members through January 18 and $150 for members and $225 for non-members after January 18. Two day passes are $200 for NAHB members and $300 for non-members through January 18 and then $300 for members and $450 for non-members after January 18.
